About the Practice

The foundation of the practice is disidentification — letting go of all states, self-images, and attachments. The practice returns you to the state before the "Great Separation," in which the luminosity and depth of Spirit gradually begin to manifest.

Contact with the True Self

🌟 The True or Higher Self is our multidimensional Spirit, which exists partly here in incarnation and partly in other worlds.

🌟 The True Self is our essence, gathering within itself the experience of all incarnations. It is "above" our current life, so from "there" both our questions and life itself often look different.

🌟 And it was we, while in the True Self, who decided to enter this incarnation and chose its place, time, family, and life path.

Establishing genuine (not imagined) contact with the True Self gives:

From the level of earthly incarnation

  • A clear understanding of your purpose, your true main goals in life, and the strengths and weaknesses that need attention first — not through astrology, numerology, or other intermediary techniques, but directly from the Source.
  • The ability, here and now, to answer almost any questions about your life and make truly right decisions. This can often help you climb out of the deepest "swamp," or at least avoid entering it; prevent divorces and financial losses; and understand deeply why everything happened as it did.
  • With strong contact, abilities begin to unfold — including the ability to see the future: your own, that of people around you, and sometimes that of the world.

From the level above earthly incarnation

  • Returning the assemblage point even a few percent into the True Self brings deep mystical revelations: contact with the Spirits of things, a clear sharpening of intuition, stronger clairvoyance, the disappearance of ancestral programs, and in some cases contact with sparks of the primordial Creator.
  • Contact with your own Spirit opens the way to knowing the world of Spirit "without dying." You may see, for example, that Spirit also has an age and therefore understand more clearly who is before you. You may also discover that a future incarnation can be shaped not only "from there" but also "from here," while preserving memory. The more the personality of the current incarnation merges with the personality of Spirit, the more deeply you understand the Universe and its laws — without the mind's distortions.
  • Shifting the assemblage point into the True Self gives you the most powerful Personal Teacher, after which searching for "your" Teacher is no longer as important.

Born and raised in Moscow during the Perestroika era. His family read many esoteric books, so from early childhood he was immersed in a deep love for nature and a spiritual, mystical perception of the world.

Danila began writing his first books at the age of five, in block letters and with his own illustrations. His love of books only grew: at 16, his collection of stories "Autumn Tales" was published, followed in 2020 by his first major novel, "The Childhood of Svetlomir." In 2026, EKSMO is publishing his major book about the Higher Self.

Since childhood, Danila has been engaged in various spiritual practices, which among other things helped him overcome stuttering. He graduated from Moscow State University with honors in Political Science, later defended his PhD thesis in International Relations, and then obtained an additional degree as a counseling psychologist.

For over a decade, he has been the creator of the School of Soul — a major initiative for raising human vibrations individually and for humanity as a whole. More than five thousand students have already studied at the school. Danila co-authors the blog "How Everything Works" on Yandex.Zen, and also produces numerous videos and participates in interviews, podcasts, and conferences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. The First Level traditionally progresses from simple to complex: first the skill of inner silence, then disidentification and deeper practice. It is designed to be accessible to beginners while remaining engaging for people with prior experience. The School uses gentle, considerate practices intended to suit most people.

How much time per week?

In the group — 2 lectures per week + practice + live sessions and Q&A. In VIP — your own pace: access to everything is open immediately and remains forever. The course is designed for busy people, so a minimum of about 15-30 minutes per day for practice is recommended. Usually this is enough.

Can changes be measured (stress, resilience)?

Many students report lower stress and greater resilience; some follow their Welltory metrics. It is not a medical tool, but it can help you observe changes over time. Changes may also be explored esoterically through photographs and through the overall experience of contact with the Higher Self. According to student surveys, the current average minimum level of contact across groups is approximately 80%.

What is the University (Level 2)?

These are directions for first level graduates — "The School's Vault." Students who have completed the first level can choose their preferred direction. Read more about the second level in the section above!
